We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and tried really hard to be helpful. The breakfast restaurant was great and the Cantonese restaurant for dinner was excellent. The hotel was modern and well-appointed. It was clean with great facilities, including parking and transportation options. The location was convenient to Hard Rock Cafe and the staff provided excellent service.

Nothing to fault. The hotel had no surrounding good restaurants, however, the in-hotel restaurant offered good quality food at cheaper prices than the street.

The room was a good size with a large LCD TV, clean, big toilet, everything works. Food and spa services available 24hrs. Internet was included which is good. If you are going to visit SARFT, I highly recommend this hotel, its just next day. Its still an excellent value if you like the neighbourhood. I would recommend it!

There was only one staff checking our group in at 5pm on the Sunday, causing a long delay. Many of the front desk staff also did not speak English, so its not yet international standard. TV choice was limited, would be nice to have more international channels. If you pay for breakfast, its very expensive 78RMB which is too much for the food, which is only average.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back there Xuan-Wu district certainly deserves to be visited.

Had a pleasant stay during New Year. Convenient transportation as it is near the subway station and reasonably priced taxis. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a lot of mouth-watering options. The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with stylish decor and cozy ambiance.

The staff at the hotel had limited English which made communication difficult. The cleaning service was not efficient, and the towels provided had an unpleasant smell.

The toilet was blocked every day for 4 days before we were given a new room. Plumbers arrived promptly to try to fix it, but the problem was in the main downpipe, not the in room services.

The hotel rooms are coming up for a makeover. Carpets are shabby and the bathrooms need renovation. It is still a reasonable hotel.

The hotel was of a good international standard, around 3 stars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and most staffs had good english.

The flat-screen TV and direct dial telephone added convenience to our stay. The dining bar/lounge area was a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring. the service, location, and facilities here were exceptional.

The free WiFi in the rooms can be inconsistent and slow.

Free internet and good gym equipment. the hotel is a few minutes from the subway station and some attractions.

The hotel is not suitable for a romantic getaway as it is located in a quiet area with nothing around. the hotel is not worth the price we paid, the carpet was stained, the sheets were not clean, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
